Nuevos proyectos - New projects

Ahora que estoy a punto de terminar mi escena naútica, ya he empezado a pensar en nuevos proyectos con miniaturas. Tengo muchas cosas que me gustaría hacer y a las cuales les doy vueltas mentalmente.

Me gustaría que me dijérais que os parecen...

1. Hay una fantástica miniaturista que hace pequeñas librerías monotemáticas llamada Adriana Carugo. Vi sus trabajos en la revista Miniaturas de hace unos meses y me gustaron mucho. Así que voy a cogerle la idea básica pero evidentemente voy a hacerla a mi modo. Quiero hacer una pequeña escena en una vitrina que sea solo un mueble librería lleno de cosas mágicas relacionadas con la brujería, con muchos libros antiguos, gatos negros, bichos varios, calabazas, pociones.....Seguro que me divierto un montón. Os dejo una foto de donde voy a meterlo.

Now that I am already finishing my nautical scene, I have started thinking about new projects with miniatures. There are many things that I would like to do and I hope that you tell me what do you think about them.

1. There is a miniaturist who makes small monothematic bookcases, called Adriana Carugo. I saw her works in the Spanish miniatures magazine few months ago and I liked them very much. So I am going to take the basic idea although evidently I am going to do it to my way. I want to do a small scene in a showcase with only a bookcase full of magic things related to the witchcraft like many ancient books, black cats, different insects, pumkins, potions... It is sure that I will have a lot of fun. I leave you a photo where I want to place the witchy bookcase.

2. Hace un tiempo compré mi primera casa de muñecas. Pequeñita. es la casita Buttercup de la marca americana Greenleaf. Y después de darle un montón de vueltas he decido hacer un pub inglés en el piso de abajo y su almacén en el de arribar. Creo que esto es un reto muy muy grande. No se si lo conseguiré pero al menos lo voy a intentar.

2. Sime time ago I bought my first dollhouse. Small. It is the Buttercup house from the American brand Greenleaf. After a lot of doubts I have decide to make an English pub and its warehouse on the upper floor.
I am sure that it this is a very very big challenge for me. I do not know if finally I will achieved it but at least I am going to try it.
Y 3. Veo algunos blogs de mini amigas haciendo cosas preciosas en el estilo romántico shabby chic que creo que al final también caeré y más adelante haré una habitación en ese estilo, o al menos a ver como se sale.

Mucho trabajo ¿verdad? yo creo que con el pub tengo para más de un año....además seguro que en medio voy haciendo otras cosas según el humor que tenga.

And 3. I see some blogs of mini friends doing beautiful things in the romantic style chic shabby. So I believe that I will fall down and I will do something in this style later on.

I would like to do a shabby chic bedroom.

A lot of work, right? I think that with the pub I have for more than one year work .... in addition it is sure that in the way I will do other things depending on my mood.

La caja de vinos - The wine box

Si es que las prisas no son nada buenas...ayer olvidé poner esta foto. Siiiiiiiiiiiiii!! la caja de vinos se abre y hay dos botellas. Creo que eso es lo que más me gusta, que se puede abrir y hay dos Riojas dentro.

To rush is not good ...I Know it. Yesterday I forgot to upload this photo. YES! The wine box can be opened. I think that's what I like so much, because can be opened and there are two Riojas (famous and excellent Spanish wine) inside.

Mirad que cositas tan bonitas y pequeñas me ha enviado Carmen para mi escena nautica. ¿A que son monísimos? Aún no se si las utilizaré allí on en otra escena pero me encanta. Además me ha caído del cielo un caja de vinos hecha por ella, que esto si que irá seguro en un proyecto que tengo en la cabeza rondándome...

Siguiendo el tutorial de arcila polimérica que aparece en el número de Septiembre de la revista miniaturas (y que es de la genial Linda Cummings) he horneado unos croissants y de paso unos dulces...pasito a pasito..que el Fimo es muy difícil.

Following a clay polymer tutorial in a Spanish miniatures magazine (from de very talented Linda Cummings) I have baked some croissants and some sweets as well....step by step...clay polimer is soooooooooo difficult...

Caballito de mar - A seahorse

Mi amiga de blogs, Anabel, hace unos collares preciosos y otras cosas de fantasía marina, caballitos de mar, caracoles, estrellas, dragones de mar...Y además los vende!! Aquí os dejo el enlace de su tienda. Quería un caballito de mar como adorno de mi escena, así que copié uno de los suyos pero en pequeño. Está hecho con arcilla polimérica.

My blogging friend, Anabel, makes beautiful necklaces and other fancy marine things, sea horses, snails, stars, sea dragons ... And also sells! Here I leave the link to her store. I wanted a seahorse ornament from my roombox, so I copied one of her own but in small, tiny, tiny...made with polymer clay.

Pues estoy de lo más contenta. Hoy he recibido mi primer intercambio de minis. Un regalazo que llega desde Holanda de la mano de Sabiha.

Ya he vuelto - I have come back!

Si, aquí estoy. De vuelta de mis vacaciones en la isla de Menorca. Preciosas playas, buena comida, muy buen tiempo, mi pequeña família...el paraiso vaya. Todavía me quedan 10 días de vacaciones antes de empezar a trabajar y tengo muchas minis por hacer!. Os dejo algunas fotos de paisajes, de las fiestas típicas de allí llamadas Jaleo donde los caballos se alzan con sus patas traseras y danzan al ritmo de la música entre la multitud y otras que espero sirvan de inspiración.

Yes, here I am. Yesterday I have come ack from my vacations in the island of Minorca. Stunning beaches, good food, very good weather, my small family, we have had a great time ... the paradise . I still have 10 days of vacations before starting working and I have a lot of minis for doing!. I leave you some photos of landscapes, from the typical festival called "Jaleo" where the horses dance at the rytm of the music between people only with the back legs and others that perhaps you can use as inspiration.
